Kanto on CTV’s Canada AM

Diona of Tita Flips/Kanto has just made a name for herself on CTV’s Canada AM. This is prior to her participation in the “Street Eats” competition of the Kultura Festival, a week-long Filipino arts festival that runs in the heart of Dundas Square from August 5-9.

Watch her cook Tapsilog – a heavy breakfast dish of beef, garlic fried rice and eggs, and see Diona’s own version of Taho – a dessert made from tapioca pearls and silken tofu.
